Joshua Smith - Founder
Joshua's father Paul Smith owned Ashtead Homes Ltd, a property development company. It is from working within his company that Joshua found his passion for building and refurbishment. From the age of 14, he was determined to be involved and over the years he has worked on site with different trades and sub contractors giving him invaluable experience. During his time at Millfield school, he showed a keen interest in Product Design, designing and building various pieces of bespoke furniture. He then went on to study Ergonomic Design at Loughborough, after which he worked in various jobs, before deciding to follow his dream. In 2015 he set up his own property development company, New Globe Homes Ltd, focusing on an exceptional standard of finish for residential and commercial refurbishment projects. Offering:

Paul acts on an advisory basis to Joshua, running through various aspects of each project as and when required. He owned a successful Property Development company for over 35 years, building high end properties in the surrey area. He offers invaluable experience having worked with all manner of trades. He is a great asset to Joshua and has given him strong foundations from which to build New Globe Homes to help propel it to great heights.
