“New Globe Homes have built us our forever-home.
We were lucky enough to be the first family to move into Delta Road, initially with the aim of staying only for a year or so. Within a few months we fell completely in love with the property, and in May 2026, we made the decision to buy it outright.
Even now, the house still looks as good as the day it was built; a real testament to the thoughtful selection of materials used and meticulous craftsmanship. Any minor snags that came up were dealt with immediately, no fuss at all.
A huge part of that experience came down to Josh Smith, the company founder and primary builder who looked after us throughout. Josh is a true professional; courteous, patient, and has exceptional attention to detail. He is also a genuine family man and his approach to the construction has always been as if it were his own home.
We cannot recommend New Globe Homes highly enough.”
